Rights of withdrawal

You are about to request a refund for your ticket. Refunds through this website only apply to tickets purchased directly via our website or our call center. If you purchased your ticket through an intermediary, please contact them directly.

Please note that, under Article 19 of Annex I to Decree No. 809/2024, the right of withdrawal only applies to fares that specifically allow refunds:

Article 19 – Right of Revocation or Withdrawal

In distance contracts, passengers may exercise their right of revocation within ten (10) calendar days as from the conclusion of the contract, provided that the fare conditions chosen by the passenger allow for refunds under their contractual terms. 

In such cases, carriers must implement the necessary mechanisms on their websites to ensure that passengers can clearly and effectively exercise this right in line with the regulation.

If your fare is non-refundable, you may still request a refund of ticket taxes, where applicable.
