Changing a flight How to rebook
Did you book your trip via KLM, Air France, or Delta Air Lines? You can easily change the travel date, departure time, and destination of your flight via My Trip, the KLM Customer Contact Centre, a KLM Ticket Office or at the airport. Please note that, when changing your travel date or route, you might have to pay a re-issuance fee.
The costs of changing your flight depend on your route, travel class, and ticket type.
The price of your new flight could be higher, in which case you’ll have to pay the difference. If the price is lower than what you originally paid, you’ll receive a voucher for the remaining value.

Until the day of your departure, you can change your booking for any reason. For example, if you receive a positive COVID-19 test result or when your destination country suddenly changes its entry rules. If you’ve booked your ticket at KLM, you can change it in My Trip. We’re happy to assist! Please note that we may have to charge an administration fee for changing your flight. If you booked the ticket type Flex, added Flexibility to your booking, or are flying Business Class, you don't have to pay a fee.
